Alexander is a founding partner of NYZ Partners focusing on a broad range of legal and GR issues in Russia. He is an experienced legal executive with background in a major international law firm and within the public sector.
He advises international clients on financing, leasing and corporate projects in Russia, as well as Russian clients on their international investments and business operations.
Prior to founding NYZ Partners Alexander led a private practice focusing on leasing, financing and corporate projects. He previously held a senior position within the Moscow office of White & Case LLC with a secondment to the asset finance practice of the firm's London office and served as a legal advisor to the regional government in the Far East of Russia.
Alexander has been recognised in Best Lawyers Russia 2020 – Aviation.

Alexey is a founding partner of NYZ Partners with a professional focus on the aviation industry.
He has over 20 years' professional experience in corporate and cross-border asset finance, with the last 13 years dedicated to the aviation industry, representing major aircraft and engine lessors, airlines and banks in multijurisdictional aircraft finance and operating leasing transactions as well as in connection with the procurement and maintenance of aircraft, engines and other aircraft equipment.
Coupled with a comprehensive knowledge of the aviation industry and a practical understanding of the business, Alexey has developed in-depth legal expertise in a range of complex legal issues across a wide variety of aviation transactions and businesses, including involving insurance, regulatory, tax, customs, repossession and bankruptcy related matters.
